Additionally, OI managers can utilize the app to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the mandatory leadership OI visits conducted by each leader throughout the year.

• The app is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly.
• It features a prominent ORANGE PLUS button to initiate a new visit record, guiding users step-by-step through the Leadership OI Visit process.
• With various site types (office, field, etc.) available for selection, the app intelligently suggests relevant Areas of Interest to discuss with personnel during visits. Only pertinent Areas of Interest are proposed based on the selected site type, although users can add additional topics if desired.
• User experience is optimized by minimizing lengthy checklists; instead, Areas of Interest, Keywords, and Keyphrases facilitate seamless usage on the go.
• Each Area of Interest includes an option for Notes as well as a rating system to classify observations as “Good” or “Needs Work.”
• The app automatically saves drafts of visit records, allowing managers to focus on engaging with their team rather than navigating through the application.

Easy Record Creation:

1. Tap the prominent orange + button to create a new visit record.
2. Select the type of site visited to view suggested Areas of Interest. These areas highlight typical issues or risks associated with the selected site type. Users can expand or collapse these areas and add relevant notes and ratings.
3. All details pertaining to the visit are saved automatically for future reference.

Utilizing Recorded Visits:

• Access all recorded visits directly from the home page.
• Completed visit summaries are sent to your @sgs.com email address.
• Facilitate follow-ups with other stakeholders, such as site managers, regarding reports generated from your visits.

Security and Access:

• Visit records are securely stored both within the app and on its dedicated server for easy access.
• A complete record of each visit is forwarded to the user's @sgs.com email account for transparency and further documentation.
• The OI team has access solely to demographic metrics related to visits for evaluating KPI compliance; they do not have access to individual Visit Notes, ensuring privacy for all users.
